Yes it is. It has now been released in most if not all of the different DVD regions, although they took their time to do it. The film was made in 1987 but a region 2 DVD wasn't available until 2003!

Yes you can, formally relased to dvd in 2004 you can buy it on amazon, this movie is based on true events and is one of the greatest fighting movies in my opnion. jean-Claude Van Damme plays Frank Dux who has spent his life training for the kumite, the ultimate martial arts tournament.

yes, it is on dvd in many countries, depending of area it came out from many labels, so look for yours
