Is a tube top ever appropriate?

The tube top would be alright if you are sunning yourself. To wear one out in public seems to be tacky.

There is hardly a time that a tube top is ok except maybe at the beach over a swim suit top.

I think tube tops are appropriate for young ladies at the age of 18-22.It does not show to much skin but just enough.
