How is a KEO tube placed in?

I know that it is used as a feeding tube through the nose but do not understand how they insert it.

A KEO tube is just slightly thicker than an uncooked strand of spaghetti and very flexible. They insert it through the nasal passage and through the throat into the esophagus.

This tube is placed by guiding it through the nasal cavity into the throat, and through the esophagus. A blind operation, but it is inserted about 15-20 inches deep, a tiny, flexible probe is threaded into it to read for CO2 levels. If CO2 is present, they must pull it out slightly and reposition, because it is in the trachea.
