Generally biochemistry titrations are done with amino acids and use of a base and and an acid to determine the amount of acid or base that it is equivalent to.

Titration curves means it is a curves based on the status of the fully saturated matter and the equlibrium of the liquid and its point of saturation. Normaly the curves are very gradual.
