I'm going to install a plastic weed barrier beneath a brick walkway in my backyard. Will this affect drainage?

There could be an answer lying within the packaging for the plastic you purchased, as such things would be helpful to know before a potential customer chooses to spend money on the product, but if you really feel insecure about it, it may be best to find the black stuff instead.

The color of the plastic does not pending on the grade of the yard,drainage would be affected because much of the water flow will run over the plastic rather than absorb onto the soil.If the drainage is away from your house,it should not matter a great deal.
