If you buy pre-sliced ham you only need to make sure you have enough water and juices in the cooker to reheat them so they do not dry out.

Pre-sliced ham can be tricky if you are heating it up. If you try to heat it up in the microwave, you will most likely dry it out pretty quickly. In order to avoid this, try heating it up in the over for a little bit, but don't lay it out in slices.
