If you notice something is not correct with your payroll at work, you can contact the company who deals with payroll and notify them of the error. You can also contact the person in your company who deals with the payroll or the companies money and notify them of the oddities.

The best way to solve this problem is to talk with your manager first. If nothing changes then I would suggest that you contact someone higher than that manager
