It depends on the severity of your allergy. If you have anaphylactic reactions to bees (your allergist should be able to tell you this), then yes, you should probably carry an EpiPen with you. It will buy you enough time to get to a hospital. However, if you have a milder reaction, an EpiPen won't be necessary.

Consult your doctor to be sure, but the standard answer is yes. With a severe allergy suck as bee stings, it is suggested you carry an epi pen with you, keep one at home and at school/work, and have your spouse/parent/partner keep one with them in case you become incapacitated.

Adverse reactions to bee stings can be quite severe. They can include swelling, redness, shortness of breath, and, unfortunately, death. The epi pen can literally be a life saver and should be carried in case of emergency.

It would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it, but yes, you might want to carry an epi pen. You never know when you'll be stung, and it's best to be prepared for an emergency. Many people who are allergic carry epi pens to be safe.
