I walk everyday, do 100 pushups, and skip rope in ten minute intervals. I do this six days a week. Is that enough to lose weight?

I am a 44 year old male.

Any weight loss regimen is a simple mathematical calculation. Intake must be less than output. If you eat 4000 calories a day, this regimen is not enough.

thanks but i am not a calorie counter so i would not know but i do not eat that much breeky bowl nutra grain ,cup orange juice for lunch a cup soup and tea what ever is on with sandwich for snack after b4 bed ????  add a comment

The amount of exercise your are doing sounds like a great amount of exercise. As long as your body is burning more calories than you are eating then you will.
