First, recall what you have recently eaten. If you have eaten corn or grains, this could be undigested food. If no such food has been eaten, your Dr. may wish to check a specimen to rule out parasites.

It is possible that it can be remnants from pills. You may also want to ensure it isn't anything sending the stool off for ova/parasites, as well as culture. If the diagnosis continues to be not revealing, an endoscopy - such as flexible sigmoidoscopy - can be considered to take look at bowel to ensure nothing else is going on.

White specks in your stool is a likely sign of some type of parasites in the egg stage of their life cycle, bag a sample and head to your doctor.

You need to go to your doctor. This could be merely something you ate, but most likely indicative of a parasite or condition that requires a physician.
