I have found some 3mm, long and skinny bugs that can fly, living in sandbox, dark brown, what are these?

Sounds like you have some flying ants in your sandbox. Flying ants are known to be attracted to sand, and places such as the beach. To help identify what they are you should know that the back wings on a flying ant are smaller than their front wings. Also, their antennae are bent, not straight.

I think these are flying ants. They usually dont bite but I have seen these around sandboxes and the beach.
