You should call some kind of Animal Extraction service in your area. Try using a phone book or the internet to look one up. I would advise against attempted removal by yourself since you could get hurt by the unknown animal.

Call a professional. You never know what kind of animal is up there and you don't want to frighten it.

Don't kill it! Just look for animal rescues or a professional to go retrieve it. Don't be cruel :(
