I have a US white cross medal with black ribbon, is it worth anything?

I would say yes. This was the highest medal awarded in the United States Navy. It was established as an award for valor and conduct in 1919. I would assume this would be incredibly rare today as the government did not just hand these out to anyone. It is the equivalent of the Distinguish Service and the Air Force Cross.

of course it is , it matches with some casual clothes which looks amazing and rare and also you keep it with you to flaunt it infront of you friends.
