Maytag has a great support website online. However Maytag is not known for having problems according to there advertisements so it may be difficult to get the repairman. If the load is more than the capacity recommended then the Maytag Atlantis will not work properly. To get ride of the problems you are advised to clean the machine and giving for services regularly. By using several times daily also makes the parts to worn out as a result the machine does not work properly

Grinding noise from the machine? Please check any coins in side the loader. Also check whether zipper of any clothes creating problems. It may rub on the walls and cause noise. If the noise is from inside the motor, stop the machine and wait for sometime. Switch it on, if the same noise is coming contact customer care.
