You must try to gain confidence in yourself. You must learn to love your body, to accept it as it is. You shouldn't be comparing yourself to others, this is a mistake people often make. Bear in mind that you are a unique person and a wonderful one. You can also try to make some changes to your body.

Start with physical activity - it will contribute to the overall well-being, boost self-esteem and, eventually, help create a more attractive body. Start eating healthy - treating your body with respect will help in getting rid of this self-loathing attitude.

It depends on how your body looks like. If you're a perfectly reasonable weight for your age, gender, etc, just remember that there are people on both ends of the spectrum who are worse off than you. Treat your body as a temple and you'll realize just how much you do value it.

well , if you are a Buddhist, be quiet for three weeks, burn a bunch of incense put some oranges and apples on a funeral pyre and then fling yourself off a tall mountain and BAM your reborn again. then you can restart all over again and give up desire
