I got of photo of four people and I need to put in another photograph which should look real. I think I can use the magnetic lasso tool but I need better than this to get a realistic view. How it can be done in Photoshop?

The magnetic lasso tool will only get you so far. You'd be better off tracing the image with the pen tool and then applying a feather to it.

For a really detailed shape that needs to be cut I always use the pen tool. Just zoom in and set point all along the outline.

Try using the pen tool. With it, you can create a much more even, clean extraction. Make sure you have the pen tool layer set to a low opacity so you can see the layer underneath.
