I been having alot of bad back pain since giving birth three months ago. Why is that?

After giving birth, part of the natural healing process is called involution where ones uterus would shrink back to its original size. And this process would cause pain as the organ would tend to contract, relax and contract to return to its original size. Such pain in the back is the result of it. It is a natural process

You may be experiences the after effect of the epidural. This may go on for up to a year after the epidural was given. Be sure to relax when ever you feel the pain or strain in your back. if it presists after 6 months you hsould contact your doctor.

You are still experience back pain from an epidural because they had to inject the spine and it usually takes 3-6 months healing time.
