How should my meals be if I am eating 5 small meals a day?

How do I divide up the different food groups?

You should eat three main meals and two mock meals. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner include all of your food groups. Mid morning, eat a mock meal consisting of a protein, fiber, and a fruit or vegetable. Mid afternoon, have another mock meal.

For your first meal of the day you could have an egg or grapefruit. Another meal could be a small fist sized piece of lean meat. Another could steamed vegetables.

Consider your caloric intake and the nature of your work. Is there a time when you complete the most physical activity? Is there a time where you are required to me most mentally alert? Your best bet would be to consult a nutritionist.

If one is taking 5 small meals a day, then the first Breakfast should be at say 9. 00 a. M. and then each meal after a gap of three hours.
