Inject a small anount of wood glue into the bubble through the hole. Then, depress the bubble flat and allow the glue to dry.

Heat the venere with a blow dryer or something then roll the bubble off to a side. I hope this helps.

You will have to get some sand paper and rub the bubble out. Then you will have to try to match your color with the new vaneer coat

Use a small chisel to lift the veneer at the edge of the bubble. Inject some glue, then place a weight over the bubble until the glue dries.
