Question by  lilmama24 (1)

Is it okay to paint some of the wood-stained woodwork in my house but not pain all of it?

How about if I painted the wood border that runs mid-wall, but not paint the window and door trim in that room?

The trim unites the house, room to room. If you want to paint the woodwork, paint it all. A crisp white semi-gloss is excellent for most any decor. However, painting a chair rail as an accent (different color) is quite common.
