How should I go about finding consecutive integers?

Consecutive integeters are whole numbers that come one right after another. For example, the following are consecutive integers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, and so on.
