The best thing you can do is either take it directly in to a mechanics shop, and have the electrical board tested and scanned by some one with the tools, or you can do a "home" test in which you let the car run hot and see how much it's dispensing with a oil measure.

A test like that should be performed by a technician under controlled conditions. However you can try and do it yourself. You need a container to catch the pressurized gas safely and a stop watch. Run the fuel into the container and time it. Compare the time to the amount of fuel to see if is close to recommended specs.

Well typically this is done by measure the amount of fuel pumped over a timed period. Do it with professional equipment to be safe and to test it under load.

Yes fuel should come out of the fuel line. The amperage test will tell me the state of health the fuel pump has. remember pressure and volume are two different things. all lines must be connected
