Yes you can cook a steak like that on a grill however you may no get the best result. Really the best way to cook a steak is hot and fast. This sears the outside and keeps the steak juicy. Those tiny grill don't have the heat to get a good sear going or cook the meat fast enough.

Yes you can cook just about anything on a George foreman grill. I would recommend however, a more traditional method of cooking for better flavor and overall texture. But if that's all you have it will do the trick just fine!

Yes, you can. It should turn out good! The booklet that came with your grill should give you an idea of how long, but it will vary depending on the thickness of the steak. Don't over cook it or it will be tough!
