You can get a learner's license at fifteen but in most places in the U.S. you have to be sixteen years or older. In the Virgin Islands where I'm from you have to be eighteen to get a license.

It all depends on what state you are in. NC for example, requires that you are 18 before you are eligible for a drivers license. You may however, obtain a learners permit at 15, in which you must drive with a licensed person. Contact your local D.M.V for specific requirements for your state.

here in our country the person should be 18 years old above to get a driver's license but sometimes 17 and half is valid for license.
