Guinea pigs only should be bathed every few months. Washing them too often can dry out their skin. Extra baths should be given if they are excessively dirty or need a special bath like a lice treatment.

Only when really dirty. If a guinea pig has a large/clean enough cage they might never need a bath. If it is really dirty it might be a medical issue.

Only when they get particularly dirty. I used to bathe mine once or twice a year at most. Some never need baths if their cage is kept clean properly.
