Most two year colleges offer degrees in this field. Check the internet for a college near you and talk to them. Should be able to complete in 2 years.

first you should complete under graduate degree in related subjects like anatomy,physiology,chemistry,microbiology. so if you want study respiratory system and therapy follow the above instruction. some institution allows to write qualified examination for this fields.

My niece is a respiratory therapist and she went to a special school for two years. You can go a little less but make less money.
