A person might become a terrorist if they are in a culture that encorages them to think another culture is so powerful the only way to hurt that overwhelming power is to do so with acts of terrorisum.

It's so easier to make believe whatever you want to someone who doesn't know anything. And it's also easier to manipulate someone who need much because he's poor, scared, oppressed, frustrated or just angry. It's also almost impossible to defend and protect yourself against someone who seems to be more intelligent and strong than you.
