It depends on how comfortable you are getting under your truck - and how skinny you arms are! If you know what you are doing and have the right tools, it should take about an hour. If you are doing it yourself and have to improvise, it could take about 3 hours.

Injection Control Pressure Sensor which is used to monitor the pressure takes 1 hrs(approx) to change as it depends upon the conditions of engine.
