It usually takes 12 hours to completely seal a ceramic tile and grout floor. when in doubt you could always check with the grout instructions.

Ceramic tile itself does not need sealing. You really just need to apply the sealer to the grout joints. Wait for it to soak in and within a few minutes wipe off excess. Wait an hour and do a second coat same process and your done. Doesn't take long just depends how much you need to seal.

There are products on the market now that you can use a sponge mop to apply,so they go on quickly, and dry completely within 2-4 hours. How much your floor soaks up the sealer will make a difference:you may need two or more coats. You're looking at maybe 8 hours total.

If you are using spray on or paint on grout sealer you will want to use multiple coats. Each takes at least 12 hours to dry so about two days.

It's going to take you about 5 hours to seal the whole floor. If you have help it will take 5 hours. If not then more.
