Foaming floor cleaners work really well for that job. The cleaners will start to foam up and bubble, bringing the dirt to the surface. It's easier to get it cleaner that way. Also using a tooth brush with your cleaner helps get into the small nooks and crannies to get most of the dirt out.

There are several ways of removing dirt out of grout - you can use a mixture of bleach and water and apply it directly to the grout lines. If that does not work - a chemical grout cleaner can be bought at a home repair store. The acid in the cleaner is more potent than the bleach mixture.

get a really light sand paper, fold it in half and use the edge to sand away the top layer and you have a brand new layer underneath... Bingo!!!

It's a hard work. Get on your hands and needs with a rag or sponge and basically scrub. Use an all purpose cleaner. It will come out eventually.

The best method to get the dirt out is to use a wet toothbrush and scrub inbetween the grout. If needed use a mild soap like CLR and then scrub.
