It all depends. You could potentially get pregnant the first time that you ovulate off the ring. It could also take a few months in order for you to get pregnant because your cycle is getting back on track after being on birth control for so long. Just keep trying.

Wait until your body has had the opportunity to have two normal periods before you attempt to get pregnant. The Nuva Ring has no effect on future attempts to conceive.

It doesn't take that long at all if anything I would say about a week give or take maybe even a couple of days. Once you take it off, your very vulnerable to anything. And I say this from experience.

This will vary for each individual and how long they were on Nuva Ring. Statistics indicate that the longer you are on any type of birth control, the longer it may take for you to get pregnant. However, some have gotten pregnant almost immediately after discontinuing providing their cycle was regular.
