If you decide to use a slow cooker, it will usually take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to cook your ribs. Make sure to marinate your ribs, because cooking at such a low temperature, can cause the meat to dry up!

Typically it can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half depending on weight. Just make sure the internal temperature reaches 250 degrees.

It really depends on whether you are cooking pork ribs or beef ribs. With pork ribs, you should cook them in the slow cooker at 250 degrees for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. With beef ribs, you are probably looking an an extra 1/2 to 1 hour. Either way, you're guaranteed to have fall off the bone ribs!

For a regular slow cooker, w/ only "low" or "high" settings, try 8-10 hours on low, 4-6 hrs on high. In oven, at 250 degrees, cook the ribs 2-4 hours according to your preference for tenderness. For slow cooker with degrees setting, go with the thermometer reading to be certain.
