This depends on how fast your hair normally grows. If the hair on your head grows quickly in general, then it shouldn't take too long for your facial hair to grow. If your hair grows slower, then you will see slower growth over the period of several days. You must wait until puberty to have facial hair.

It depends on the person some people can regrow their facial hair rather quickly. Some people can get facial removal and with in a week need to go again. Other people can usually last 3 week with out looking like the hair has regrown. It just depend in how fast a particular persons hair grows.

It maters on your maturity level. But if you shave more often then after each shave it will start growing faster and faster
