Long hair signifies beauty and female fertility, so I'd say generally, noooo... Long hair is floaty and feminine, and most long haired guys are bisexual.

Depends on how long we're talking about. Below the ears, neck, shoulders? For the majority I would say don't do it. Women in general don't look for guys with long hair for anything serious. You may get some one-night results at rock clubs etc.

It really depends on the woman. If you are thinking of trying to attract a certain woman, you should find out what she likes.
