How is the fast food industry doing after all the lawsuits?

They are fine. Still the cheapest way to eat on the run and since they advertise so much, people forget the negative quickly.

They're fine. America's attention span is so short now that it's ancient history. Sales are up at less expensive stores in spite of the damage to your health from the fat and calories. Large corporations budget for legal expenses and figure it in to their product price.
