It's a moderately difficult process and should only be attempted by people who are comfortable working with electronics and tools. It requires you to drill a hole in the ink cartridge and inject fresh ink into it, as such there is a risk of the cartridge leaking, and a risk of compromising your warranty.

It is not too hard to refill that ink cartridge, but you must be careful because if you don't do it properly you could damage it. Find a refill kit and it comes with instructions about how you do it
