There are many ways to recover from adrenaline exhaustion. Lying down, sleeping, laughing, minimizing stress, doing something fun, taking B-complex supplements that are high in B6 and pantothenic acid, taking calcium and magnesium supplements, adding sea salt to your diet, taking vitamin c supplements, eating five to six servings of vegetables each day.

Give up caffeine! It actually exhausts the adrenal glands - I speak from experience. Substitute green tea. Also, get test for brain neurotransmitter levels. Eat a truly balanced diet.
