How does child custody work in Texas when you are not a citizen?

Well it is my experience with any judge that if you are not a citizen then you might as well forget about getting custody of your child in the divorce unless the mother has left the child or you can prove that she is strung out on drugs, it will be very hard for you.

You have to prove that the mother had left the child or drug addict to get custody of child in case of divorce.

In the United States custody is dependant on many things, not just you being a citizen. More than likely the person who is a citizen will be granted full custody.
