Make sure that your letter is specific to what you want to do or study and personal to you. Taylor you letter to your specific program and don't write to generally. Explain what exactly you want to do and how the program that you're applying to can help you achive your goals.

Start with a formal hearing, and put the date in the upper left hand corner. Then your going to want to post on it your purpose for the intent.
