A Resume for a call center should be concentrated on customer-service experience you have had in the past. If you have had any sales experience that is a huge plus as well. Your new employer just wants to see that you're good at talking to people and that you can convince them to buy things.

I write call center Resume I give some information 1 – First I give my ability to work. 2 – Which type of calls I handle. 3- Name, Address, Phone numbers in bold 4- A single line objective. 5- Summary of Qualifications.. 6- write relevant extra-curricular activities or certifications, "
