I need the basic steps for someone who is not very good with electricity.

Run two jumper wires off of the existing wires that are all ready there and just hook them up to the three way switch.

At the light box connect the copper ground wires together with a wire nut to get them out of the way, and then connect the two red traveler wires together with a wire nut as well.
