Photoshop is a very complicated and versatile program that takes years to learn completely. I would suggest reading their manual and watching some tutorials online.

Assuming that you have already purchased the software, or own the trial version. You should go on Google and search for "Photoshop Tutorials." You will find many results and you can start from the beginner ones and work your way up.
