Convert the image to lab color. In channel preview select the lightness panel then go to the filter and select unsharpen. Compare and change back to RGB
You can try going to the "Edit" tab and then clicking on "Undo". If that doesn't work, go to your layers menu and go back to the layer before you made the mistake.
