How do you treat slime mold allergies?

Answer by  golfgirl (173)

First, try to avoid exposure to the mold. If that isn't possible, desensitization therapy can help. Symptoms can be treated with medications, such as decongestants.

As this stuff grows because of lack of light and dampness, both must be eliminated. In the garden, soil should be turned over and trees and shrubs cut back to allow light and the area can be dried out. If this does not eliminate, the offending soil should be removed.
