Sneezing in cats is rarely due to allergies and more commonly due to persistent upper respiratory infection. For allergies some over the counter antihistamines may be used in cats.

The most common cause is due to dust and mold in your house. Clean and dust your house very thouroughly and see if this clears up.

They make allergy shampoo for bathing your cat. You can also get eye drops or other meds from your cat's Vet.

your cat may not have allergies it may have what is called feline herpes which acts likes allergies.I would suggest a vet visit
