Tightening a steering belt can be accomplished by adjusting the tensioner on the belt. This requires a socket and a socket wrench.

The power steering belt on a Kia Sephia has an automatic tensioner pulley and isn't adjustable. If your belt is slipping then I would recommend replacing it.

It depends on if you have 1 belt or multiple belts. If there is only 1 belt than it likely has a self tensioner and is unadjustable. If there is a seperate p.s belt than you can loosen the pump and slide it to tighten the belt.

On the front of the engine, on the passenger side, you will see the power steering pump and bracket mounting it to the engine. There should be a 12-13mm bolt that is tightened in a slotted hole keeping the power steering pump in position. Loosen that bolt, pull the pump closer to the front of the car. Tighten back up

The power steering belt on the Kia Sephia is pretty easy to work on. The belt itself is easily accessible, and you can use basic tools. Tightening the belt will require an adjustable wrench, but make sure it's small because space will be tight. You will probably want somebody sitting in the drivers seat to test the wheel.

You are going to need to find the alternator and you will see a bolt that holds the tensioner for the belt on it and you can tighten it there.
