The power steering could leak at several points in the system, including the pump itself, the hoses connected to it, or the rack and pinion unit.

Likely the power steering leak is coming from from either the pressure line or the return line the is going from the power steering pump to the rack and pinion.

At the base of the fluid reservoir there should be a rubber gasket, this gasket is known to become brittle with time or weather changes and stretch or even crack.

You need to look under the car and find where the leak is coming from in general. Then check all hoses coming from the power steering pump for cracks. Most likely you will need to replace a hose, but it could also be the pump itself or the rack leaking. If it is either one, they would need rebuilding.
