You need to have two fingers on the side of the ball, then when you are about to release the ball, curve your hand.

You have to throw the ball, with your arm twisting in a certain way which will allow the ball to curve as it gets towards the batter.

The easiest way is to put your index and middle fingers together and on one seam of the ball. As you throw the ball, rotate your wrist from the top of the ball to the bottom of the ball, putting a downward and slightly sideways spin on it.

The key to throwing a curveball is the grip and release. The easiest way to throw a curve is to throw a knuckle curve. Place one knuckle (any, but generally the index finger) on a seam of the baseball and throw it like you would throw a fastball. Experiment with it, see what works best for you.
