If symptoms are above the neck, only push yourself half of your regular activities. Use common sense with this. Before you swim, eat enough and early enough to sustain strength. Take water with you and drink frequently. Prevent colds beforehand is recommended.

take rest. to take abbage steam regularly. control food diet. apply vicks to neck, chest. drink hot water. cover your ears.
