To shrink a photo to fit a smaller frame you can either physically cut the photograph or you can scan it into your computer and save it as a file. You can then open it with a program like Microsoft paint and resize the picture then print a smaller version.

By using paint you can stretch, skew, and shrink a picture. If you go to image and stretch/skew tab, you will be able to minimize the size of the picture.
